Meatballs

The classic accompaniment to Grandma Sardegna's spaghetti!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4-5 slices white bread, dried
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated romano or parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2-4 cloves garlic to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbs. parsley

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Wet hands and roll into balls
  3. Brown meatballs
  4. Drop browned meatballs into Tomato Sauce to cook
